SJW Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers Announces 2025 Car Accident Survivor Scholarship in Las Vegas

Car accidents in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada are a serious concern, with the ripple effects extending far beyond the immediate victims. In 2023, Nevada saw 386 crash-related deaths, and Las Vegas alone recorded 11,388 injury-related accidents, 152 of which tragically resulted in fatalities. These accidents, often caused by failures such as driving under the influence (DUI) or failure to yield the right-of-way, have life-changing consequences. The impact is felt not just by the victims, but by their families as well—many of whom face physical, emotional, and financial hardship.

At SJW Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers, we have a long history of working with car accident victims, seeing firsthand the profound mental and physical toll these accidents take on survivors and their families. We know that these life-altering events can significantly affect an individual’s future, and we are committed to offering support beyond our legal services.

In light of this, we are proud to announce the launch of the 2025 Car Accident Survivor Scholarship in Las Vegas. This scholarship is designed to assist individuals in Las Vegas and across Nevada who have been directly impacted by car accidents—either personally or through the loss of a loved one. The scholarship aims to provide much-needed financial aid to survivors who are working toward their higher education goals, offering a pathway to a brighter future despite the challenges they’ve faced.

Financial Aid Offered by the Car Accident Survivor Scholarship

The Car Accident Survivor Scholarship will award $3,000 per semester to eligible students in Nevada. This financial aid can be used for various school-related expenses, including:

  • Tuition fees
  • Housing
  • Textbooks
  • School supplies
  • Other necessary educational expenses

We hope this scholarship will ease the financial burdens on those who are striving to build a better future after experiencing the profound impacts of a car accident.
