Marc Zingarini has represented clients in a variety of situations, including product liability, premises liability, construction claims, wrongful death actions, and commercial disputes. He has tried over 130 jury trials in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, and has litigated cases involving police misconduct, product liability, civil liability, negligent hiring and supervision claims, actions involving recreational and sports facility liability, fire loss, property damage, false advertising, wrongful death, construction defect claims, trucking accidents, and professional liability claims. Mr. Zingarini is a member of the Million Dollar Advocacy Forum, which honors trial lawyers who have received a jury verdict in excess of $1 million. Mr. Zingarini is a Pepperdine University Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution certificate holder. He has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and presided over settlement conferences.
Marc received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1981. In 1978, he graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, the New York State Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
