Aaron J Prisbrey has been serving victims in Southern Utah and surrounding areas since 1994. He has tried several hundred cases, obtaining favorable verdicts on behalf of most of our clients. Additionally, Aaron has been instrumental in the development of Utah law relating to injury victims.  We have appealed numerous cases and have helped shape Utah State Law in the area of personal injury.

Aaron was extremely influential in the formation of premises liability law in the Kessler lawsuit, as well as the Hale case.  Both cases went before Utah Supreme Court and resulted in favorable outcomes for our clients and all accident victims with similar claims.  Mr. Prisbrey also argued the Thomas case, which is one of the most important cases relating to permanent total disability claims in a worker’s compensation context.
