Our mission includes helping individuals and families plan ahead of time for the protection and administration of their assets and health in the event of advanced age, illness, accident, or death. We also represent clients in Estate and Trust Administration after their death.
To properly represent individuals, executors, and trustees, effective legal representation in the Estate and Elder Law area necessitates an understanding of family dynamics and relationships. Our goal in creating an estate plan or representing an executor or trustee is to manage our clients' affairs so that there is no need for contested court-supervised litigation. This can happen in situations where heirs and family members have competing expectations and goals. We are prepared to go to court if it is necessary. However, in the vast majority of our cases, we can fairly conclude the administration of an estate or trust without resorting to contested litigation.
