Some need a prompt resolution of their legal matter through negotiation or mediation. Others need to go to trial. Mr. Clowney tailors his approach in handling a case to his client’s particular needs.
My name is Frank S. Clowney III, and I have been practicing employment law, maritime law and personal injury law in the San Diego area for more than 40 years.
