Steve Hurley represents businesses and individuals who are under investigation or have been accused of a crime. He has successfully represented clients in investigations by the SEC, FTC, OCC, FDIC, IRS, HHS, EPA, OSHA, FBI, DOT, DOD, USFWS, DEA, and state law enforcement agencies. Since 1987, he has been an adjunct professor of law at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he regularly teaches judges, lawyers, and law students about criminal law, evidence, and trial advocacy.

Steve has served on numerous professional and philanthropic boards in addition to teaching. He received the Charles I. Goldberg Distinguished Service Award from the Wisconsin Law Foundation in 2015 for his long record of service to both the legal profession and the public.
