Cinnaminson, New Jersey, criminal defense attorney Michael Smolensky is the owner of the Law Office of Michael A. Smolensky LLC. He defends people across Southern New Jersey, including but not limited to Burlington County, Camden County Gloucester County, Mercer County, Haddonfield and Mount Laurel against a variety of criminal charges, including DUIs and DWIs, all types of traffic violations, drug crimes, juvenile crimes and expungements.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey, Mr. Smolensky may appear before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and all the lower courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
