“I got into a car accident. Dude didn’t check his mirrors and switched lanes into me. He’s trying to tell the police he tried to get out of my way because I was coming up behind him fast but that’s not the case. The part I’m a little iffy about is I was recording my self driving and I recorded the accident which proves my side of the story but the down side is that I recorded the accident on my phone. Would that make me at fault”
