Spouse(44m) and I (37f) are at the end of our relationship. He has been threatening divorce told me to leave his house(we are both on mortgage) threatened to throw my things out and cut me off from finances although my payroll check gets deposited. I am also afraid he will have my phone cut off etc, and we have 4 children. I will be meeting with an attorney this week but he is making home life very volatile in the meantime. I need advice on what to do as far as bank accounts leaving property etc
