Mr. O'Brien attended Notre Dame Cathedral Latin High School in Munson Township, Ohio, and graduated in 1993. In 1997, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Walsh University, and in 2000, he received a JD degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
