Bill Taibl has extensive experience in nearly every aspect of financial institution representation as well as a wide range of real estate-related matters. He advises on consumer and operational law and regulatory compliance issues, such as Truth in Lending, RESPA, and ECOA, as well as required Board policies, branching activities, new product development, and subsidiary transactions. He has worked on large troubled loan workouts in Wisconsin and across the country. He has participated in a wide range of real estate sales and purchases, as well as commercial lease transactions. He is frequently involved in land development agreements, zoning and land use issues, and TIF District development projects.
