About Suzanne K. Rosen
Suzanne K. "Suki" Rosen is a partner at the Firm who specializes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Rosen has extensive knowledge of complex bankruptcy litigation matters and has experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation in both bankruptcy court and state court.
Ms. Rosen has also gained valuable experience representing liquidating trustees in complex chapter 11 cases. Ms. Rosen's efforts helped significantly reduce outstanding claims against a liquidating trust through litigation and the claims objection process.
Ms. Rosen was named to Super Lawyers' "Texas Rising Star" list from 2006 to 2009. (Thomson Reuters). Only about 2.5 percent of Texas lawyers are recognized.
