Stephen J. O'Connor, a founding partner of Tobin, O'Connor & Ewing, leads the firm's business, tax, and estate planning practice. He has over two decades of experience in the formation, operation, management, and succession of business entities, commercial transaction negotiation and documentation, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and tax planning. Mr. O'Connor has represented small to large private companies in the personal service, government contracting, real estate, and light manufacturing industries from inception to public offering. He regularly counsels clients on important business and financial issues.

Mr. O'Connor is a 1981 magna cum laude graduate of James Madison University with a degree in accounting, and a 1984 graduate of George Washington University's National Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors.
