In complex real estate transactions, Jeff Smith represents a diverse group of developers, private equity funds, investors, and large corporations. His extensive real estate experience includes representing landlords and tenants in office, industrial, and retail leasing, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties such as industrial facilities, apartment complexes, and large ranches for commercial operations, as well as representing equity investors in joint ventures. He has also represented receivers and lenders in secured commercial lending transactions ranging from construction to permanent financing workouts, foreclosures, troubled asset disposition, and note purchase and sale transactions.
