Henry Flores represents companies in financial distress, companies that are in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, officials and ad hoc committees, equity owners and buyers of distressed assets in matters that have involved many different industries, including oil & gas, passenger and cargo airlines, real estate, manufacturing, financial services, franchised restaurants and sports media. His experience includes representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, creditors rights matters and bankruptcy litigation.
