In 1896, Addison S. Tibbets, a Cornell University graduate and former District Court Judge left the bench to start a private practice. At that time, the one-man firm specialized in insurance defense with the belief that everyone deserved fair and proper representation. Today, the firm has expanded in size and locations to accommodate the needs of its ever-growing client list, with offices in Lincoln, Syracuse and Omaha, Nebraska.
